Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using our services. By using our services, you agree to the terms listed below and accept any additional charges which may be incurred.

  1. It's the customer's responsibility to ensure availability for parking. If we receive a parking ticket, the customer will have to reimburse any charges.
  2. Be aware that on our way to the delivery point we may stop to collect or deliver items for other deliveries, unless you have booked a dedicated van or an express service.
  3. Price is based on the service you book.
  4. If you provide a different address for collection/delivery to the one on the listing then extra charges may be incurred.
  5. Please try to be as accurate as possible regarding the number of items, dimensions & weight. If there is a difference to the originally booked consignment, extra charge may be incurred.
  6. It's the customer responsibility to ensure everything is ready to be loaded at collection point and also to ensure there will be no waiting time. The first 30 minutes of waiting at a collection/delivery address is free of charge, if we have to wait for longer than 30 minutes at either the collection or delivery address, the following charges will be applied: £20 for every additional 30 minute period.
  7. Unfortunately we can't predict traffic delays, accidents, motorway closures, or other acts of God which sometimes may result in us not getting to you at the arranged time or even on the arranged day. If it happens, we will keep you updated and we will finish your job at the soonest possible time.
  8. If a job is cancelled within 48 of job taking place, a charge of 50% of the job price will be applied. If a job is cancelled within 24 hour of job starting, a charge of 100% of the job will be applied.
